Jay Woods joins Diane King Hall at the NYSE set with the S&P 500 (SPX) "bending but not breaking" and pointing to the 50-day moving average as a possible "ceiling" that needs to break before hitting new all-time highs. He believes the Fed could be the catalyst to lift stocks higher, identifying the dissent taking place among Fed governors and the challenge of a data-void determining their decision.
