Intel (INTC) rallied to 14-month highs Thursday morning after Nvidia (NVDA) said it would invest $5 billion into the chipmaker. Jenny Horne says it's a clear sign of the Trump administration's focus on building A.I. tech within U.S. borders. TSMC (TSM) sold off following the announcement. Jenny later touches on the cybersecurity space in CrowdStrike (CRWD) after it acquired Pangea and expanded is partnership with Nvidia.
