Jeff Pierce believes investors will have their focus on commentary from new Intel (INTC) CEO Lip-Bu Tan during its earnings conference this evening. Optimistic guidance is something he expects to be essential for a rally, especially surrounding Intel's foundry business. Joe Tigay expects pieces of that foundry to be very valuable long-term. He offers an example options trade on Intel.
