"You have to be positive" on the Trump administration's decision to dial back tech tariffs, according to Angelo Zino. Even if the exemptions are temporary, Angelo says it offers Apple (AAPL) a buffer to adjust its manufacturing to limit China tariff impacts. He adds that the Big Tech company needs to emphasize its Apple Intelligence and services platforms to gain ground against competitors.
