Asked how European nations view the preliminary U.S. and China trade deal, Richard Flynn simply says "relief" and "definitely a good thing." Even with the reduction, Richard does say tariffs are still in a higher place than they were and will have an impact on the global economy. Looking specifically to the U.K. and its trade framework announced with the Trump Administration, Richard says the removal of punitive tariffs was important for steel & aluminum industries.
