Stauffer notes that while the housing market remains in "gridlock," there are signs of a more normalized and healthier market on the horizon, including a more modest pace of price appreciation, homes sitting on the market for longer, and more inventory coming online. Kushi believes that 2025 will be a difficult year for the housing market, but predicts a potential turning point in 2026.
