Following a recent dip in the 30-year mortgage rates, homebuyers stepped in according to the latest MBA Mortgage Application data. Rogers Healy joins Diane King Hall to discuss the state of the U.S. housing market. He expects a seasonal slowdown ahead for the housing market, saying there is a slow down around school starting and another slow down around the winter holidays. "People are tired of waiting" to find a property to live in the long term, Rogers adds.
