Campbell Harvey says the “only reason” inflation is running up right now is because of shelter costs. “We need the Fed to bring the rate to where it should be,” he argues, which is at least “100 basis points” lower than it is now. He wants at least four cuts this year. He also discusses the potential impact of tariffs.
