What's old is new again. Alphabet (GOOGL) is giving a second try at acquiring Wiz for $32 billion as a way to grow its cloud business. Brian Mulberry notes the purchase can be bullish for Alphabet despite the "premium" price tag due to software's growth. The big question will be if the deal can give Alphabet an edge over competitors like Amazon (AMZN) AWS and Microsoft (MSFT) Azure.
