He believes bulls are instead focused on Fed chair Jerome Powell's commentary at Jackson Hole and prospects of a rate cut as positives for the economic outlook. When it comes to stocks, Eddie expects small cap stocks to rally further after investors experienced a "frustrating" rotation in recent months.
