Tim Anderson says second-hand tech stocks have seen sky-high rallies that continue day after day. He attributes the moves to investors seeking growth potential outside of the Mag 7 and other Big Tech stocks. He adds that companies integrating A.I. into their businesses are just now seeing the payoff that they can show to investors. When it comes to the Fed and a widely-expected interest rate cut, Tim sees the housing market needing that cut.
