Steve Koenig says the focus on Salesforce (CRM) was "all about guidance," which didn't deliver enough for investors. He argues the lack of a guidance raise above Wall Street's estimates shows there's "pockets of weakness" for the software company. Keith Kirkpatrick adds onto Steve's point by saying Salesforce needs to show how its Agentforce platform will show results that translate into significant profits. He talks more about the importance those results play into outlook.
