The European Union is inching toward a trade deal with the United States with a 15% price tag on tariffs. Kevin Hincks talks about the bright spot it offers in the one of the most intensive ongoing discussions. Meanwhile, China is pinning pressure on Nvidia (NVDA) on reports that it is restricting sales of its H20 A.I. chip. Kevin later turns to Jackson Hole as the symposium starts to get underway.
