Current expectations on the FOMC's September interest rate cut may not be as solid as investors anticipate, says Kevin Green. He says a "fairly aggressive" retail sales print Tuesday, among other inflation reports, can shake up cut probabilities. As far as stocks to watch, Kevin points to small caps and financials as interest rate movers. He later touches on the "mixed picture" for the China trade.
