"So far, so good." Charles Schwab's Nathan Peterson points out the start of earnings season as bullish for market momentum. However, tariffs remain top of mind, with Nathan noting the 50% tariff on copper as a risk to markets and American wallets. Nathan believes President Trump is testing economic strength by seeing how much revenue tariffs can create before they start affecting employment and inflation. However, Wednesday's PPI print reinforced the inflation picture remains clear of significant headwinds.
