For SNOW, the software company reported product revenue growth of 32% as shares jumped higher after the report. KG points to margin improvement at 9% as key to the company's outlook and guidance. For CRWD, the cybersecurity company announced plans to acquire Onum for its Falcon Next-Gen SIEM. Despite a top and bottom line beat, he company's guidance came in below Street estimates which led to a drop in shares after its release.
