Charles Schwab's Kathy Jones believes global yields are inching toward a "reset" back to levels from the 90s. As yields tick up globally, Kathy says investors are requesting more risk premium to hedge against volatility. She says now isn't the time to "rule out bonds" even if the bond market experiences turbulence ahead.
