Steel prices remain below their 5-year historical average. Jeremy Flack covers the industry as President Trump seeks to revive domestic production. “Everything that’s going on is a net positive in the long run,” he says, arguing that U.S. steel companies have invested their profits in their businesses for the last decade and we’re starting to see that pay off. However, he’s “not optimistic” in the short-term.
