Joe Dagrosa is “extremely bullish over the next few months.” He expects an agreement with China in the next 90 days that will “set the stage for one of the biggest rallies we’re likely to see in years.” In general, he thinks countries will “fall like dominos” in trade negotiations. He says a Fed cut is “when, not if,” and notes that quantitative easing could also bring rates down.
