Jonathan Corpina says there's a renewed sense of optimism after the White House pulled back on tech tariffs over the weekend. However, he believes "headlines will dictate this market" until tariff talks are over. Despite the uncertainty, he expects markets to eventually rebound. "Take a step back" and look at the history of the SPX, says Jonathan, telling investors "this is a buying opportunity."
