He thinks tariffs and recapturing their customers are proving “very, very difficult” as they compete with names like Costco (COST) or Amazon (AMZN) along with higher-end brands. On the other hand, he’s bullish on Best Buy (BBY) ahead of new electronic product releases and a very low bar. Tom White offers an example options trade on TGT.
