With the SPX and NDX struggling to break out, paired with macro uncertainties and crude oil volatility, Chris says now is the time for a "healthy" correction to take shape. Chris adds that utilities and other safety plays are gaining traction, though he makes the case holding cash could be a primary investor move for now.
