Today's Charles Schwab's Big Picture panel turns to cracks in the U.S. and Chinese economies. Michelle Gibley explains how this year showed an "unbalanced" trade off between labor and inflation. As for the U.S., Cooper Howard notes a jobs picture that signals continued deterioration. It doesn't help that the government shutdown and delayed economic prints add confusion to the jobs picture.
