China issues 84% retaliatory tariffs on the U.S. after President Trump's tariff policy began overnight. Kevin Green talks about the price action in futures and liquidity's lasting issue to draw a bid. He believes tech and commodities will continue to face pressure, especially crude oil, which fell to the mid-$50s.
