BofA double upgraded Cloudflare (NET) to Buy from Underperform and increased its price target to $160 from $60. The analyst notes NET's strong position in the AI-as-a-Service space. On the technical front, Ben Watson points to $127 as a potential level of support or resistance as it represents a midpoint for a recent upward candle move. Then to the upside, he says $135-$140 is a resistance area to watch.
