Target shares have fallen 43% over the last 12 months, but Landon Swan, co-founder of LikeFolio, sees glimmers of hope. Web visits are up nearly 20% year-over-year, and the bleeding from a 2023 PR misstep appears to be slowing. Swan attributes the recent weakness to self-inflicted wounds, including a toxic partnership with Ulta (ULTA). Despite this, he believes Target can turn around if it focuses on its core business and executes well.
