Likefolio’s Andy Swan sees strength and “growing levels of retention” for Chewy (CHWY), with cancellation searches flat and autoship searches up 8% in their data. While the market is becoming more crowded, with players like Instacart (CART) and DoorDash (DASH) offering pet product deliveries, Andy thinks Chewy is doing a great job with the customers they already have. However, he adds they’re in a “tough spot” when it comes to growing that base.
