He says since April's lows, a significant shift to a bullish momentum has taken control helped by the Mag 7 tech giants like Microsoft (MSFT) and Meta (META). Jeff also sees value opportunities within the Mag 7 group with Apple (AAPL) and Alphabet (GOOGL) offering potential upside after recent pullbacks. For the 2nd half of the year, he says U.S. and China trade relations will dictate market action until a clear deal framework is established.
