She stands by that sentiment Tuesday after SoftBank announced a $2 billion investment into the long-standing U.S. tech company. Kim considers the move a strong push for Intel and similar companies to reinforce A.I. chip production in the U.S. She also sees AMD Inc. (AMD) as having a "real shot" at overtaking Nvidia's (NVDA) chip dominance.
