That said, she sees the China picture staying murky, noting Scott Bessent's upcoming meeting with representatives to be "just the beginning" of negotiations. Danielle found the Fed's decision to hold interest rates and Jerome Powell's following commentary "disappointing." She thinks the FOMC is too dismissive on consumer sentiment.
