Jim Bianco doesn't see tariff headlines swinging markets like they did in months prior. However, if 10-year treasury rates tick higher, Jim warns investors to brace for a "capped" stock market due to valuations. On interest rates, he says "everyone wants a rate cut badly," but a lack of weakness in inflation and employment only creates the argument for a rate hike.
