Scott Bauer covers the commodities market. Crude oil is headed lower as OPEC+ announced a production hike amid lower demand; he expects oil to hover around here, but if it climbs up quickly, he would “sell the rip.” Gold is on the rise, which Scott attributes in part to a weaker dollar. Bitcoin is under pressure and he points out a strong liquidation event in long positions, but thinks the lack of a bigger sell-off today is a positive sign.
