Charles Schwab's Cooper Howard expects April 2 to be the biggest day for on the calendar for bonds. Uncertainty around tariff policy is what he considers the biggest factor generating bond movement, which can stabilize once there's clarity. On the Fed, Cooper talks about differing opinions from Fed speakers as economic growth concerns stay on the market's mind.
