An acquisition from overseas. Ferrero put in a $3.1 billion bid to buy Kellogg (KLG), which sent shares of the well-known breakfast brand soaring more than 30%. On the A.I. front, HSBC upgraded AMD Inc. (AMD) to buy from hold as the tech picture clears. Piper Sandler also upgraded Oracle (ORCL) as the stock trades near its all-time high.
