Wednesday evening, Apple (AAPL) CEO Tim Cook is expected to join President Trump at the White House to announce another $100 billion investment into U.S. manufacturing. As Marley Kayden explains, it can enhance U.S. national security by avoiding reliance on other countries to build the tech.
