- Create a caseload spreadsheet to stay organized and track students receiving counseling services

Maintain a counseling log to document dates, duration, and activities for each student session

Conduct needs assessments with teachers and parents to identify key areas of focus for the school year

Make referral forms widely available to encourage staff and families to request counseling support
