Owen Eastwood: The importance of a shared vision and creating a sense of belonging when scaling a business

Owen Eastwood is one of the most sought-after performance coaches in the world and has been engaged by high profile teams across the globe who are searching for competitive advantage through their culture.

He currently works with the British Olympic Team and the English Football Team in their World Cup year and is serving on the board of Harlequins Rugby.
