What started as a vision to empower mothers to work from home while also taking care of their children grew into a marketplace that provides a platform where 50,000 beneficiaries can showcase their environmentally and socially conscious products and services.
The name of that marketplace is Market for Good and Tali Goldman is its founder and managing director. As an Israeli-born citizen of Singapore, she has a particular sensitivity for women who find themselves unable to care for their children due to challenges like poverty, hunger, disabilities, and incarcerated family members. Market for Good started with Tali's vision to create an innovative gift solution for corporations to shift procurement power to empower women.
Soon, she and her team found themselves building a robust digital marketplace with a mission to impact at least 2 million people. Tali's expertise in sustainable product procurement and environmental impact quantification, coupled with her passion for empowering social enterprises in Asia, makes her a compelling voice in transitioning procurement to sustainable products.
