Ellie opens up about her struggles with disordered eating and body image insecurities. She discusses the challenging years she went through until her progress in rugby helped her heal and changed her perspective on food as fuel and how her body is built for a purpose. Ellie emphasises the importance of learning to have that balance, especially as an international athlete and how she is now happy, healthy and living life to the full.
