I'm asked so many times, "Am I going against spiritual principles to keep myself safe from my abusive spouse?"
So, I wanted to answer that in an episode for you, to share my thoughts on this matter.
Some people are paralyzed by their indecision about staying or going. They have an eternal argument in their minds about "what's right" and how to reconcile their spiritual beliefs with the abuse they see and feel.
It is never right to be abused, or to allow someone to be continuously abusive towards you. That is nothing like love!!!
