Show Notes
The Savannah St. Patrick’s Day Parade Committee, led by Grand Marshal Marty Hogan, is hosting a special hot breakfast for men at Grace House, a key shelter for the homeless. The event, starting at 7 a.m., will serve green grits and classic breakfast items. Union Mission, which launched its Day Center at Grace House in 2022, will also be present, providing daily meals, support services, and shelter beds to about 135 people each weekday. The committees Catholic faith and Irish roots inspire their commitment to giving back during the St. Patrick’s season, inviting the community to join in supporting those in need.
