Chatham Countys median home price inched up to $399,950 in January, a mere $50 increase from December. Despite the slight rise, year-over-year prices dropped by 4.4%. Homes averaged 1,779 square feet at $233 per square foot, a 1.5% increase from last year. Listings stayed on the market longer, with a median of 84 days. New listings decreased by 8.4% to 372 homes.
