After a year-long steeple repair project, Savannahs iconic Cathedral Basilica of Saint John the Baptist is back to its full splendor, just in time for the 202nd Saint Patricks Day parade. The repairs, which began in the fall of 2024, restored the buildings grand look and removed any obstructions for parade fans. A special Saint Patricks Day Mass will kick off the festivities, honoring local Irish heritage and Catholic traditions.
