Anne W. Lipsey, a devoted wife, mother, and community member, passed away on March 4, 2026, in Savannah, Georgia. Born on December 17, 1942, she earned a business administration degree from Savannah State College in 1965. Her career spanned the Justice Department in Washington, D.C., New Yorks Taxation and Finance Department, and her alma mater. She married Albert Lipsey in 1967 and raised two sons, Jeffrey and Stephen. A faithful Catholic, Anne served as a Eucharistic minister and was active in the Council of Catholic Women. She enjoyed socializing with friends and cherished family time. Preceded by her husband and brothers, she leaves behind a legacy of kindness and warmth.
