For all the advances of the human race, the topic of fitness and training is still one of much debate. We can put a man on the moon, but we can't agree on what is the best approach to getting in shape and how to reliably motivate ourselves to do so.
The reason is because there is no one solution that can be prescribed universally, and thus each individual must find the answer for themselves. The good news is, there are people who are experts in helping those who are willing to help themselves reach their potential.
One such person is Michael Blevins of www.nonprophet.media , who stopped by to discuss the psychology of getting fit, and how if we learn to ask the right questions, we can discover the path to achieving our goals.
