Plaza Luna Suites is a boutique hotel run by Dalila Efigenia Vargas Castillo and her family. A place her mother built from scratch when they first moved the islands in the 1950s.
Dalila, much like her mum, aims for the moon when it comes to customer service. And having a reliable internet connection is essential to running her business in every way.
From ordering supplies, to responding to reservation enquiries, or booking guests excursions… “Without the internet,” she says, “I do not have a business, simple.”
