Andy Birkett: world champion paddler. Flat water and river paddling. Nominated as 1 of 3 sportsmen of the year last year.
Garth Oliver: Andy’s physio when he used to live in Pietermaritzburg. Owns his own multidisciplinary practice called Movewell in Hilton. Treated and worked with an array of professional athletes and sporting disciplines.
Both give insight into training, racing, injuries and illnesses seen in paddlers.
