In todays episode we chat to Prof Jeroen Swart, a Professor of Sports Medicine at the University of Cape Town and Specialist in Sports and Exercise Medicine. Jeroen holds a PhD in exercise science and is responsible for the co-ordination coaching & performance activities at Team UAE Cycling, as the Performance Co-ordinator. Jeroen is a highly cited researcher in cycling medicine and was previously the Medical Director of Team UAE.
