Kirk Pendergrass, auditor & legal expert for eClause LLC, joins the program to explain the audit process and loss recovery services that eClause LLC provides. Pendergrass shares with listeners the successful take down of an entire family court house in Ector county Texas for repeated patterns of fraud. He explains how this process is now being used to expose more corrupt court houses across the country that are being used in the same manner for the benefit of unethical individuals. Then we discuss the cases of Timothy Holmseth and Field McConnell, how their cases are entangled in the same patterns of corruption seen elsewhere in Family courts.
