North Carolina Congressman Mark Meadows told "The Sara Carter Show" Monday that he - along with other senior Republican lawmakers - will send a letter to the presiding Judge of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court demanding that FBI apologist David Kris be removed from overseeing bureau reforms demanded by the secret court.
